Born in Peru, Marcelo Segura always harbored the dream of owning his own business. His culinary journey began in his grandmother's kitchen, where he absorbed the rich flavors and techniques that would later define his unique approach to pizza-making. Marcelo's Peruvian heritage and his grandmother's influence shine through in his innovative recipes.
