Ecstatic Dance & Healing Journey

Ecstatic dance is a free-form, substance-free movement practice — a space to release what's been held in the body, follow your own rhythm, and come home to yourself. No choreography, no experience, and no judgment. Just you, the music, and a room full of people choosing to feel.

Come up the driveway to the right of the Unitarian Universalist Congregation building and enter through the red doors to find us — 67 Church St, Montclair, NJ 07042.

DJ Olas will spin an eclectic mix of music — building, cresting, and settling — to transport you through a full journey of movement and feeling. Leen Abaza will lead a gentle warm-up to help you get out of your head and into your body before the music begins. Angela Cays, LPC will close the evening with mantra, music, seed sounds, and EFT Tapping — so you leave grounded, soft, and restored. All bodies and all movement styles are welcome.
