About
Take a peaceful pause on a sunny Sunday afternoon to nurture your spirit and body at the Flow and Glow Mini Retreat 🌿. Set in the welcoming Pilates Please Studio, this gathering invites you to melt into movement with Pilates sessions spread across three time slots, then flow seamlessly into a Power Flow Yoga class that culminates in a soothing sound bath — a perfect blend to refresh your mind and muscles.
Light bites and vibrant matcha will keep your energy blooming, while a choice of a vitamin B12 or D shot gives you that extra boost of wellness. Whether you opt for the VIP all-day access or just a single class, this retreat is a gentle reminder to slow down, breathe deep, and glow from within 🌟. A little oasis of self-care tucked away in Fairfield, NJ — your body and soul will thank you for it.
