On October 4, FLX is taking over Hotel Nyack for a morning that starts with Pilates and somehow turns into the kind of Sunday you wish happened more often.

We’ll kick things off with a 45 minute DJ-led Pilates Sculpt class, slow it all the way down with a sound bath, then head into brunch with plenty of time to hang out, shop a curated lineup of wellness pop-ups, discover some new favorites, and leave with a FLX tote filled with $180+ worth of products and perks from brands we love.
