This isn’t your typical girls' day out—it’s a guided reset for your nervous system, grounded in nature, movement, and presence. Hosted at the serene Beautiful Farm in Rockaway, NJ, the Ladies’ Mini Retreat invites you into four sacred hours of reconnection—through Equine Gestalt Coaching, meditation, trail walks, and hands-on grooming with the horses. Whether you come solo or with a soul sister, you’ll leave feeling a little lighter, a little steadier, and a lot more you. 💫 What to Expect: 🧘 Guided outdoor meditation surrounded by fall foliage 🐎 Horse grooming + gentle trail ride (or walk) — no experience needed 🍁 Equine Gestalt Coaching session for emotional grounding 🧺 Fall refreshments & cozy seasonal vibes 🌿 Space to reflect, reconnect, and rebalance 🌙 Why It’s On Our Radar: This isn’t just wellness—it’s remembrance. Of how calm you can feel when you’re not rushing. Of what your body sounds like when it’s safe. Of how horses can sense the storm in you and still choose to stand by your side. We love events that prioritize nervous system healing, feminine connection, and somatic stillness—and this one delivers all three with a warm autumn glow.
