Join a unique yoga experience where heart-opening flows meet feline friends in Toms River, NJ! Meowmaste Yoga invites you to unroll your mat in the cozy Cat Playroom at LIDA RESCUE, where every stretch benefits both you and the adoptable cats frolicking around.
This donation-based, open-level class, hosted by Pure Toms River Yoga, is all about connection—between you and the cats, and between your mind and body. As you breathe deeply and flow through each pose, the curious kitties will roam freely, offering their adorable company and playful antics. It’s a delightful setting designed to foster trust and create a safe space for these lovable felines.
Expect an atmosphere filled with warmth, laughter, and the soft purrs of contented cats as you practice. The Cat Playroom is not just a venue; it’s a haven where you can unwind and perhaps find your new furry companion. After class, feel free to stick around for some cuddles and maybe even an adoption!
Don’t forget to bring your own mat—cats might scratch, so choose one you don’t mind sharing. Whether you’re a seasoned yogi or a beginner, this class is perfect for anyone aged 8 and up looking to enhance their wellness journey while helping cats in need.
