The New Jersey State Barbecue Championship returns to Wildwood, NJ from July 11–13, bringing three full days of ribs, rhythm, and regional pride to the shore. It’s loud. It’s legendary. It smells incredible.

🍖 What to Expect at the NJ BBQ Championship This is not your neighborhood cookout. It’s a nationally sanctioned KCBS BBQ competition, featuring award-winning pitmasters, live music, and festival fun just blocks from the beach.
