Outdoor Mat Pilates

Breathe in the fresh morning air and move your body with intention at our very first outdoor mat Pilates class 🌿. Set against the serene backdrop of 24 Little Falls Rd, this session invites you to flow, stretch, and strengthen in a way that feels both grounding and uplifting. After you’ve found your rhythm and stretched your limits, reward yourself with a revitalizing matcha from the on-site cart — the perfect companion to your mindful morning practice 🍵. Just remember to bring your own mat and your open spirit! Spaces are limited, making this an intimate gathering of like-minded souls ready to greet the day with strength and calm. Let this be the Sunday morning ritual you didn’t know you needed.
